This Site is owned and managed by JMN Ventures Ltd (LLP0014959-LGN). By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. JUMANA reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this site. Therefore, we advise you to read these terms everytime you log in to this site.

Privacy Policy

JUMANA understand that our customers privacy is very important, thus your personal information are being handled safely and responsibly.
Our customer database will not be sold or marketed for any reason whatsoever to third parties. We only share your information within the company. We take all necessary precaution to protect your information both online and off-line.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we would be sending you store updates and promotions to you. We have clear instructions on how to unsubscribe to the newsletter if you wish to do so.


  • Please take note of the product details i.e description and product images, especially the color and measurement of the item before you place an order.
  • Products' colors on the photos may vary slightly from the actual product colors due to different computer display settings.

Payment Policy

  • Payment could be made through the following;
    • Online payment through iPay88 ( , a payment gateway that link to this website. Payment methods accepted through iPay88 are:
      • Credit Cards
      • Debit Card
      • Online bank transfer (Malaysian bank)
    • Online payment through PayPal. Payment methods accepted at PayPal are:
      • Credit Card
      • Debit Card
    • Offline payment - Manual payment through bank transfer

  • For manual bank transfer (item 1 c), buyer need to inform us after the payment via email or yahoo messenger by listing the Order Number and banking details (amount, banking time).

Delivery Policy

  • We will pack and send out your order within 2 days (maximum) after payment received.
  • Under unexpected circumstances, if your ordered and paid item is out of stock, we will be in contact with you to ascertain your preferred next cause of action i.e either to replace with another item or refund the order.
  • After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number by your contact email. If you did not receive your parcel after 3 days, please contact the courier company directly. Items shall reach you at the maximum of 1 week (Peninsular Malaysia) or 2 weeks (Sabah & Sarawak).
  • If you have given us an invalid address or contact number, causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will not pay for the shipping charges for resending the parcel. Buyers will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel.
  • The item will be delivered to via PosLaju or Pos Ekspres or CityLink. 
  • Delivery and Handling Cost : FREE delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. For Sabah/Sarawak : a flat rate of RM10 for first 500gm. For International delivery, please contact us via email to determine the charges.
    Note: Average weight for 1 Jubah is between 0.5 kg - 0.7 kg

Return/Refund Policy

  • Any request of return or exchange of product must be notified to JUMANA within 7 days after the order is delivered out by us.
  • Our return policy is as follows;
    • Wrong Delivery - if you receive something which was not ordered by you, please inform us immediately, and send back the wrong item to us. Once we receive the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you. All delivery fees will be paid by JUMANA.
    • Quality issue – The item that have been sent to you have gone through the quality inspection check. However, if the item found to be damaged during shipping, or does not meet your quality standard, please take a photo of the item and email it to us for evaluation. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. As the quality issue is quite subjective, we may consider the replacement of the purchased item or offer other available option on case to case basis.
    • If the product is no longer available, customers will get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. 
    • Change of mind – no replacement or return will be entertained.

For item 2 (a) or (b) above, please ensure the item is not used. Any stains, scratches or damages caused by carelessness will not be accepted.
